Notes
A med spa/IV-hydration practice structured as a physician's office is exempt from NH's entire facility-licensing scheme (RSA 151:2, II(e): 'Physicians' offices and related facilities' need no RSA 151 license) — so none of the He-P rules where every other NH entry here lives apply. This doesn't rule out a Board of Medicine delegated-procedure supervision rule, not independently re-verified here.

Registered Nurses
RNs (general licensure, not an APRN) are not subject to physician-supervision or agreement requirements in NH. RSA 326-B:12 defines RN practice (managing, supervising, and evaluating nursing care) with no physician-supervision language, in contrast to RSA 326-B:13's LPN scope, which is explicitly practiced 'under the supervision of' an RN, APRN, physician, or dentist.
For medical-aesthetics (med-spa) businesses performing delegated medical procedures, ownership of the clinical entity and physician delegation of the procedure itself are separate questions.
Estheticians
Licensed estheticians (NH Board of Barbering, Cosmetology and Esthetics) practice independently within their scope — facials, therapeutic skin care, hair removal (non-laser), and similar superficial-skin services. No physician involvement required. Laser hair removal and microneedling are treated as medical procedures and fall outside the esthetics scope entirely.
