Notes

Applies to licensed skilled nursing/nursing/intermediate-care facilities (175 Neb. Admin. Code ch. 12), mirroring the federal SNF medical-director Condition of Participation (42 CFR § 483.75(i)). Nebraska's separate assisted-living-facility chapter (175 NAC 4) has no equivalent — its only physician-related provisions are each resident's right to choose a personal attending physician and a record of the resident's own designated physician, not a facility-level director role.
