Notes

Colorado's Behavioral Health Entity (BHE) licensing rule (6 CCR 1011-1, Ch. 3) requires a designated 'Clinical Director,' but leaves that role's qualifications to the BHE's own governing-body policy — no physician requirement. A medication-for-opioid-use-disorder endorsement may carry its own physician rule, but that section was repealed 5/15/2025 and its replacement wasn't located — verify separately for MOUD.
